Fundacion Quito Colonial is a Non-profit Organization that creates and produces scale models of cities and a variety of complementary works and educational material. It provides information about the touristic and cultural aspects of Ecuador, which is offered to students, citizens, and visitors from all around the world.

A collection of works are exhibited in the halls of the Foundation, and mainly among them the Model of the Historic Center of Quito, which was built shortly after it was declared the first Cultural Heritage of Humanity in the world by UNESCO.
